JADE Management which focuses on hotel development, operations and sales was co-founded by Jena and Andy Sabatini. Both studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at leading universities, with Jena specializing in sales and marketing and Andy in operations and finances. The company culture is to be a strengths based organization. Early success came from analyzing the strengths they possessed and allowing each other to excel in those areas.
As the company has continued to grow, the same can be said for the associates who have joined JADE Management. JADE Management stands for Jena & Andy's Dream Excursion which is what they felt the two years of their life were when they ventured out to find their first hotel to purchase in addition to feeding their passion for adventure and travel. The company logo has a road to symbolize the motto "taking the road less traveled" in business and life. |

Hampton Inn - Was an acquisition in July 2005 after selling the first hotel (a Sleep Inn & Suites in Green Bay, Wisconsin). The tagline for the Hampton brand is we love having you here.® That attitude has been adapted to also be "we love being here" meaning the hotel and its associates are active in the Helena community and annually support over 50 nonprofit organizations, youth sports teams and local fundraisers. It is the first all suite, extended stay hotel in Helena. This hotel showcases stunning mountain views in all directions. Helena is known as a place for aspiring artists to be inspired, outdoor enthusiasts to explore and culture lovers to delve into its rich history. The Residence Inn captures the essence of all three of these pillars by bringing them to life with custom images. The three floors of the building are themed to tell the story of Helena's Outdoors, History and Arts & Culture.
